Pulsating crowds, Party Atmosphere and a Punchy course! Start with a stunning sea swim before a stadium like transition with crowds filled everywhere you look! Followed by a bike course that should not be under looked! Conclude the evening with a flat fast 5K out to Wisemans Bridge and back along the beautiful seafront. Re-enter Saundersfoot down the jam-packed Strand, welcomed by crowds for a party like no other! Then down the red carpet to collect your well earned medal! How could you say no!

Saundersfoot Tri
Competitors will have time to acclimatise before the start of the race. The swim will begin with a self-seeded beach start. Two buoys positioned close to the shoreline will serve as your designated start and entry gate. All swimmers must pass between these buoys both on the outward leg and upon return.
The swim course follows an anti-clockwise direction, with the main buoys to be kept on your left-hand side throughout. On exiting the water, ensure you pass through the same two buoys before heading up the slipway to transition.
